1. About this service

GetawayIQ Florida is an independent travel timing intelligence platform. We surface potentially cheaper flight and hotel windows and link users to third-party booking providers. We are not a travel agent, we do not hold inventory, and we do not process bookings or payments.

2. No warranty on prices or availability

Pricing and availability shown on GetawayIQ Florida are indicative only. The final price, terms, and availability are determined by the third-party provider at the moment of booking. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but provide no guarantees.

3. Bookings are with third parties

Any booking you make is a contract directly between you and the third-party booking provider. Their terms, cancellation rules and refund policies apply. GetawayIQ Florida has no involvement in your booking.

4. Affiliate relationships

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the service.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetawayIQ Florida is not liable for losses arising from reliance on indicative pricing or from bookings made with third parties.
